Join the Greater Oakland Charter Chapter of ABWA on Tuesday,  September 26th for networking followed by a presentation by ABWA member, Vanessa Willis. Vanessa retired from ATT after 36 years within the IT department.  She received her bachelor’s in business administration with a minor in Computer Science from Texas A& I University. During her career, she has watched AT&T change from a wireline phone business to a corporation that is connecting people via Phone, Tablets, Uverse TV, Home Security, Smart cars and DIRECTV.

Vanessa has been a member of ABWA for 27 years and served on the Executive Board for Cities By the Bay Chapter, serving at least one year in each position.  She served as the 2016 - 2017 ABWA National President and SBMEF Trustee.  Through her travels she has been blessed to get the chance to network and serve the members of this association.  For fun, Vanessa enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles and learning new quilt patterns.

This is a hybrid meeting.

In-person attendees select their dinner choice upon arrival and are responsible for the cost of their food and drink, including tax and tip.   

Those unable to attend in person are invited to join us on Zoom.  Cost to attend virtually (using Zoom) is free.

Registration to attend in-person or virtually is required.
